At RJR Royal Living, you are always entitled to a good product. By ''good'' we mean that you are entitled to a product that:

  • is complete
  • is not damaged
  • Works as it should

Yes, you have a manufacturer's warranty which is valid until a product is removed from its packaging. You view and test the product where necessary on arrival..

Do I have delivery guarantee?
In case of excesses (read: force majeure and exceptional situations), entitles you to a 30-day delivery guarantee. That means that all products you order should be delivered within a maximum of 30 working days after purchase. If that is not the case, you can get your money back (not valid for products in pre-order).
