Heavy duty ring that fits perfectly into the wok ring allowing. Direct cooking over the flame. Fir meats etc
Not made of the best steel but it does help to put out your plancha when you’ve finished cooking
Once cool you can then put the Cover over it to protect from rain
1. Whatever you choose, the service is excellent and relatively simple to order superfast delivery to UK
2. Packaging is poor especially on the bowl, where I suspect everything is concealed - screws, poker, cover etc of which mine where missing - I've told them but I bet they know
3. 1 email to BBQ plancha and missing pokers and cover were with me in days (I ordered two)
4. Found plancha cooking while visiting an OFYR stand in the UK and decided that was what I wanted to do alongside my Webers (4 charcoal and 1 gas) and Gozney oven. But the OFYR price was £1750, I have just purchased two with cover/snuffer and grill ring for less than that - Bargain!

6. Their stock control is suspect - the Snuffer wouldn't be available until October, but my two turned up. When I asked they said they had found a pallet!! (I'm a stock control manager BTW)
7. Cook books - everyone has cook books I know I use plancha plates on the Webers but there's an opening here guys
8. They ran a competition the day after I ordered to win one - not happy grrrr

The Compañero XXL Corten steel 2.0 is our family favorite Plancha grill. Its price (less than £600), simple to put together, sturdy, large wheels, and 80cm cooking plate made it a standout over any other brands out there. Great communication and quick delivery ! Highly recommend this product.

Bought this to use as fire pit and additional braai. Absolutely love the finish and product look as the corten fits other outdoor kitchen pieces I had. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Cant ask for more!
